Update translation of xtMail Suite

Feature Request

The latest versions came with many changes to the UI, currently the translation is only complete for english and german and for the most parts in french.

Complete the translation for french and all other currently supported languages like italian, chinese ...

    With support package 08 the following languages are available again:

    German (DE), Englisch (EN), French (FR), Italian (IT), Spanish (ES), Simplified Chinese (ZH), Slovakian (SK)

    The internal redesign is done which is a huge step forward and it will make it easier to publish new translations in the future. As a first result the french translation is completed again with support package 06. Let us know which languages should be translated next, write in the comments.

    With version 500 there is an ongoing redesign of all texts which needs to be translated to endusers. This redesign is done in the background but time consuming. We will provide updated translations soon, but still need some time to complete the redesign. On the other hand, it will be much easier to maintain the translations and keep them up to date after completion.
